anyway for chung chengers, my sis has a new handphone some sony ericsson one with Mp3 and 1.3 megapixel camera...
for everyone from sixheage yy says to postpone class gathering to dec hols so tht we can book a chalet (two months in advance). Dunno how we gonna pay YET but most probably jus call any one of the girls yeah?
lol so much to say track n field training is crazy three days a week from 8AM to 6PM did i post tht b4 but nvm. i THINK my throws are improving in general but still not as good as i would like them to be... haha but u can be sure i am getting stronger cuz i have improved in lat pull and bench press hahaha
